All Canadian orders are shipped using regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping times may vary.
Canada Standard Shipping: 1-10 business days from shipping confirmation date, depending on your location.
International Shipping: 5-20 business days from shipping confirmation date, depending on your location.
**Shipping delays may occur with Canada Post during high peak shipping times, which we can not control.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must have the receipt.
